A clear conversation.
Privacy notice for Markus Drew Creative Agency.
Information you choose to share
The project questionnaire collects your name, email address, optional company, project interest, brief, budget range and timeframe. Chat collects your name, email and messages. We use these details to respond, discuss your project and keep a record of the conversation.
Where your messages go
Inquiries and chat messages are stored on the agency’s website server. Email notifications may be sent through the agency’s configured email provider. Access to the conversation inbox is restricted to the site administrator. Do not include passwords, financial account details or confidential project material in an initial inquiry.
Cookies and device storage
The administrator area uses an essential session cookie. An unfinished project brief is saved in session storage in the same browser tab for up to eight hours, until you clear it or submit it. Contact consent must be checked again after restoring a draft. Chat uses your browser’s session storage to reconnect you to a conversation in the same tab. Your motion preference is saved in local storage on your device. The site does not include advertising trackers. Basic server logs and request limits may process technical connection information to operate and protect the site.
Embedded media
Decorative background video may load automatically when motion is enabled. Selected films load when you choose to play them. If a video uses YouTube or Vimeo, its player loads after you choose to watch and may process data under that provider’s policies. External links take you to separate websites.
Retention and your choices
Messages are retained for project follow-up and related business records until removed by the agency. There is no automatic deletion deadline in this release. You can request a copy, correction or deletion of your inquiry or chat by emailing markus@markusdrew.com. Backup copies may persist until the agency’s backup cycle replaces them.
